Account Executive
Born and raised in sunny Southern California — where sunsets hit differently and beach days are a lifestyle — Nina Nguyen has traded the salty ocean breeze for the heat of Atlanta, Georgia, bringing her warm, West Coast energy to the Southeast one call at a time. As an Account Executive, Nina's days are equal parts strategy, problem-solving, and controlled chaos. She takes calls, navigates complexity, finds solutions, and somehow does it all with a smile — often while balanced on a yoga ball chair. She's a self-described fixer above her pay grade, and she owns it completely. Her philosophy is refreshingly simple: if she's breathing, there's a solution. Give her a challenge and she will find a way through it. What makes Nina truly unique is the depth she brings beyond the job title. She is a certified yoga instructor and a devoted student of Traditional Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine — not as hobbies, but as a way of life. The ancient principles of Ayurveda guide how she eats, moves, rests, and shows up for the people around her. She draws a beautiful parallel between her two worlds: in yoga, you don't force the pose — you breathe through it. In mortgage, you don't force the deal — you work through it. The outcome is always better when you stay present. She lives by a mantra that captures her spirit perfectly: be water — flow with grace, steady in equanimity, one breath at a time. Outside of work, Nina is spontaneous, ever-evolving, and the first person to drop everything when someone needs help. Her closest people know she's somehow both unpredictable and completely reliable at the same time — a rare combination that makes her the kind of friend and colleague people genuinely treasure. At home, she shares her life with two French Bulldogs named Homie and Peyton Rose. Fair warning — when she says she's "with her homies," she means it literally. Grounded, resourceful, and unapologetically real — Nina Nguyen is one of a kind, and the Southeast is lucky to have her.
