Subsequent Disclosures (COC LEs, Initial CDs, COC CDs) – 24 business hours.

Initial Underwriting

• Complete Package (Income, Assets, Title, Purchase Agreement if purchase or mortgage statement if refi (unless free and clear)) – 24-48 business hours
• Incomplete Package – 48-72 business hours

Condition Review by Account Manager – 24 business hours

CTC/Final Underwrite – 24 business hours.

*Time does not start until the Account Manager completes their review and submits the file to underwriting.

Condition Review (not ready for CTC) by Underwriter – 48 business hours

Docs Out

• Dry Funding – 48 Business hours
• Wet Funding – 48 Business hours
  • TX – Requests must be in before 1:00 PM for next-day Attorney review – No same day due to Attorney review process.

NOTE:  A vesting amendment from title and confirmation from the closing agent of the signing date must be uploaded to the file prior to requesting docs .   All files will be prioritized based on loan purpose and the earliest signing date / and or schedule signing date.

Docs Back Review

• If Purchase or not Primary residence – received before 10 am PT – Same day if disbursement date is within 24 business hours.
• All others 24 to 48 business hours determined by the expected disbursement date.

Funding

Funding Cutoff is 1:30 PM
