As a Technical Analyst, Tyler's days revolve around wrangling the systems that keep the business running. He finds ways to automate tasks within the LOS, integrates new systems, and constantly looks for opportunities to better utilize every feature and capability the technology has to offer. His approach is simple but powerful — leave things better than you found them. What drives him most is the challenge itself. He thrives on problems that push him outside of his comfort zone, and there's nothing more satisfying than working through something complex and coming out the other side with a real solution.
