Hanh Nguyen

My story starts in Vietnam, took a detour through Ireland, and landed me in Orange County, California — and honestly, that journey has shaped everything about who I am. Growing up across two very different cultures gave me a perspective on life and people that I carry with me every single day. As Post-Closing Manager, my days are busy, detail-driven, and people-focused. I take pride in making sure everything is buttoned up on the back end so that our clients and partners have a seamless experience from start to finish. What keeps me going? The people. Building relationships and knowing that my work genuinely makes a difference is what gets me out of bed every morning. Now, here's something you probably wouldn't guess about me — I ran the Boston Marathon on a dare. That's right, a dare. And I showed up and did it anyway. That moment says a lot about how I approach life: when someone questions what you're capable of, you lace up and prove them wrong. Outside of work, my world revolves around my two kids, who are my greatest achievement and my biggest motivation to show up as my best self every day. I'm also a gym regular, a hiking enthusiast, a concert-goer, and someone who is always on the hunt for a great new restaurant to try. I have a husky at home who adds plenty of chaos and personality to the mix, and I live by a motto that keeps me grounded: don't make a permanent decision based on a temporary situation. It's a reminder I come back to often. My closest friends would call me funny, caring, determined, and loyal — and I'd say that pretty much covers it. I'm dedicated, goal-oriented, and I genuinely care about the people around me, both at work and at home.
