Account Executive

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Wholesale Lending and Non-QM experience
  • Active broker connections
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service

  • Ability to thrive in a production-driven environment
  • Work well in team environments
  • Proficient with computers and technology
Responsibilities:
  • Prospect new potential brokers
  • Maintains sales contact, pipeline, and other pertinent sales activity reports
  • Train brokers on Brokers First Funding products and policies & procedures
  • Provide best-in-class after-sales support to enhance the customers’ experience
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues, aiming for customer satisfaction and the preservation of the company’s reputation
  • Stay up-to-date on underwriting guideline and program changes
  • Pre-underwriting/pre-qualifying loan files
Skills:
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive, or in other sales/customer service roles
  • Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and CRM softwares
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Business acumen
  • Enthusiasm and passion
